Thank you for your interest in referring to Thrive Rehab.
Due to a high demand for our services, we are currently
not accepting new referrals for general occupational therapy (OT).
We are still accepting referrals for sexuality, intimacy and relationship support.
Immediate capacity is available for people seeking education and support from our experienced Developmental Disability Educator (ideal for people with intellectual disability or autism who would benefit from accessible, practical sexuality education).
Occupational therapy referrals for sexuality, intimacy and relationship support are also welcome; however, these services currently have a wait list.

We will organise an intake discussion pending current wait times, availability of our team and suitability with our service.
Please note: The clinician who completes the intake discussion will not necessarily be the allocated therapist.
MATCH TO
A THERAPIST
Matching to a therapist may
still require a waiting period.
Therapist matching is determined by many factors such as clinician availability and experience relevant to the client's specific support/therapy needs, and client preference.
